Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Manufacturing Execution:
Orders cancelled before the manufacturing process begins are 100% refundable within 7 working days from the payment receipt date.
Cancellation After Order Confirmation:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
Cancellations will also not be entertained if the order has been communicated to vendors or if the shipping process has been initiated.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds/replacements will only be considered if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory or if defective/damaged items are received.
- Any shortfall in delivered quantities must be reported within two working days of receipt; beyond this timeline, no claims will be accepted.
- Refunds for expired goods are not possible if they are not consumed within the expiry timeline.
Defective or Damaged Products::

In case of damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt.

The request will be reviewed and processed after inspection by our quality control team.
Product Expectations:
If the received product does not match the description or expectations, report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt. Appropriate action will be taken after reviewing the complaint.
Warranty Claims:
For products with manufacturer warranties, complaints should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
Refund Processing Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 working days and credited back to the customer's account.
Goods Not Eligible for Refund or Return:

Goods once delivered cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled under any circumstances.

Refunds are not applicable for goods damaged during shipping, as we are not responsible for such damages.
Expired goods will not be eligible for return or refund if not consumed before their expiration date.

Orders are dispatched within 01-6 weeks or as per the delivery date agreed during the order confirmation process.

Delivery Address
